At Jaded London, we want you to be obsessed with your fit, but if something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and no signs of wear or makeup marks.

Head over to our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select your preferred return option, whether it is a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit with a bonus top-up.
Package & Label
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to attach to the outside of your parcel.
Drop It Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; you will receive a tracking notification once our warehouse has processed your return.
