How long does shipping take?
Standard UK delivery takes 2-4 working days, while international shipping typically takes 5-10 working days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags still attached.
Will I have to pay customs and import duties?
Orders shipped to the EU are inclusive of duties. For other international destinations, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes levied by their local government.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
Do you offer restocks on sold-out items?
